Derek Ebner is a contemporary Open-Impressionist artist born in 1980 in Oregon. With extensive training in sculpture, design, oil painting and life drawing, he has honed his skills to create breathtaking oil paintings that inspire joy.

Servied in the Marine Corps Reserves out of Eugene, Oregon for 6 years. Was deployed to Iraq two times. Have Struggled with PTSD ever since and paint has been away of therapy.

I backpacked around Europe to 25 counties in six months and met my wife Anastasia in Sofia, Bulgaria. Backpacking solo can truly be an experience of learning about yourself.

Anastasia and I married in the summer of 2014 and had two kids Erik "2017" and Sofia "2019". We lived in Sofia, Bulgaria tell the end of 2019.

The numbers on the top of each canvas is a timestamp. You can go to the bitcoin www.blockchain.com and lookup when the painting was finished. I also write the title of each painting on the back.
Certificate Of Authenticity
Every painting comes with a Certificate Of Authenticity. Each certificate is made of premium deckle-edged mould-made paper with a Hahnemuhle watermark and fluorescent security fibers. Two matching, serialized, numbered holograms are used for each certificate. One is applied to the certificate and the other to the reverse side of the artwork.
Stamp
Every painting also has my logo stamped on the backside of the painting.
